  1 lot นี้มีค่าเท่ากับเงิน 100000 USD  และ 1 lot ไม่ใช่การเปิด order ครับแต่เป็นจำนวนเงินที่เราจะทำการ buy/sell   ครับ
การเปิด order 1 ครั้งจะต้องมีการระบุจำนวน lot ครับว่าจะชื้อขายกันกี่ lot ครับซึ่งแต่ละโบรเกอร์ก็มีขั่นต่ำแต่ต่างกันครับ แล้วที่ว่า 1 pip is 1 usd มาจากตรงนี้ครับ ดูตัวอย่างนะครับ เงิน 100000 usd มีค่าเท่ากับ 1 lot แต่ราคาแลกเปลี่ยนสมมุติเป็น eu/usd นะครับเท่ากับ 1.2000  ตรงนี้หมายความว่าเงิน ยูโร 100000 แลกเงิน usd ได้ 120000   แล้วถ้าราคาเปลี่ยนไปเป็น 1.2001 เงินยูโร 100000 จะแลกเงิน usd ได้ 120010  ตรงนี้มาจาก 1.2001*100000 = 120010 ครับ ค่า 1 pip คือค่าจุดทศนิยมตัวสุดท้ายของอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนครับ
ในตัวอย่างที่แสดงให้ดูคือการชื้อขาย 1 lot standard จริงๆๆครับ 1 pip ของ 1 lot standard จะเท่ากับ 10 usd ครับแต่ที่คุณว่ามา 1 pip is 1 usd นั่นมาจากการที่โบรเกอร์เค้ากำหนดให้เล่นขั้นต่ำได้ที่ 0.1 standard lot ครับ
